Born in Russia, Fedor Teslenko began his career as a painter in 1996 after graduating from Fine-Arts School in Yaroslavi Russia where he surpassed his passion for the abstract constructivist painting and various modes of inverse and spherical perpective. Finally, his interest in material forms has prevailed over the aspiration towards the geometrical constructions and color contrasts, though the mastery of a language of abstract art is still quite present in his works. After arriving to Canada, Fedor continued to study painting in the fine arts school 4D Montreal. He is interested in those opportunities which open up during the processing of languages of new mediums.

Behrens has had over 150 one-man shows from coast to coast since becoming a professional artist in 1980. His works have been on the covers of many art publications and he has been the featured subject of numerous magizes and newspapers. The artist's works are owned by numerous, well known collectors and are in permanet collections of many museums. "I feel a tremendous amount of excitment facing a new canvas. This energy comes from the thrill of transforming it into a recellection of my travels to the world's most beautiful and romantic places. As an expressionist, I paint fast while the passion for the painting is very strong. For me, the paint is the subject matter just as much as the image. I love the juicy chunks of color that I can translate to canvas with my palette knife."

Born Sept 17,1955 in Toledo Ohio, Odes became interested in art at an early age, where he would draw and paint on anything he could find. During his high school years he was taught and mentored by four of the countries finest art instructors. Florence Smith, John Wheeler, and Lemaxie Glover and J Michael Wilson Under these instructors is where his love for art became a consumed passion. Odes has exhibited in number of major exhibitions, juried a major exhibition, and has had five one man shows. I believe as an artist it is my responsibility not only to create paintings that are pleasing to the eye, but it is also a must to tell a story. There is nothing more gratifying than the look in people faces, when they view some of my work and it reminds them of a loved one, or some place where they grew up, and with some of the paintings that shows our ancient heritage such as the kings and queens of ancient Africa it brings up an educational value of who we were, who we are and where we should be as a people. Odes is married with two grown children and is currently living in Toledo Ohio.
